When you call a business powered by Sarva, we collect: your phone number (via caller ID), your name (if provided during the call), appointment details you provide (service, date, time, preferences), and a transcript of the conversation for service quality purposes.
When you submit a form on our website, we collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business type.
We use the information collected to: process and confirm appointment bookings, send appointment confirmation texts and reminders, enable cancellation and rescheduling via SMS, notify business owners of new bookings and changes, and improve our service quality.
By booking an appointment through our AI system, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including: booking confirmations, appointment reminders (48 hours, 24 hours, and 2 hours before your appointment), and cancellation confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We share your appointment information only with the business you are booking with. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as Twilio for SMS delivery), but only as necessary to provide our services.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage with row-level security, and access controls limiting who can view your data.
We retain appointment data and call transcripts for as long as the business you booked with remains an active customer. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
