These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sarva AI business operating system and related services provided by Runvaya Inc. ("Runvaya," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Sarva is an AI-powered business operating system that answers phone calls, books appointments, and sends SMS notifications on behalf of participating businesses. When you call a business powered by Sarva, you are interacting with an AI system that manages scheduling and communications.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: Sarva Appointment Notifications by Runvaya Inc.

What you'll receive: Appointment confirmation texts, reminders at 48 hours, 24 hours, and 2 hours before your appointment, cancellation confirmations, and rescheduling notifications.

Message frequency: Varies based on your appointments. Typically 3-5 messages per appointment (1 confirmation + 3 reminders + cancellation if applicable).

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-in: By booking an appointment through our AI phone system, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Note that opting out of SMS will not cancel your appointment.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments booked through Sarva are confirmed in real time based on available scheduling data. While we strive for accuracy, appointment availability is subject to change. The business you are booking with reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments as needed.

Rescheduling is limited to two times per appointment. After two reschedules, you will be asked to contact the business directly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an appointment by replying C to any appointment-related text message, or by calling the business directly. Cancellation policies (including any fees) are set by the individual business, not by Runvaya.

AI Disclosure

When you call a business powered by Sarva, you are speaking with an AI system. The AI handles appointment scheduling, answers questions about services and hours, and manages basic inquiries. Complex questions or sensitive matters may be escalated to a human representative at the business.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that service information, pricing, and availability provided by the AI are accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided by the business and may change without notice. The business is responsible for the accuracy of their service details.

Limitation of Liability

Runvaya provides the Sarva platform as a scheduling and communication tool. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses using our platform, disputes between customers and businesses, or losses resulting from missed or incorrect appointments.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
